Creating an account is quick and easy! Click the "Sign Up" button in the top-right corner of our homepage. You'll need to provide:

1. Your full name
2. Email address
3. Username (minimum 5 characters, no spaces)
4. Password (minimum 6 characters)
5. Your timezone

After completing the signup form, you may need to verify your email address if email activation is enabled. Once verified, you can log in and start connecting your social media accounts. Your first team workspace is automatically created when you sign up, and you can begin adding team members and social media channels right away.

Our platform supports a wide range of social media networks, including:

• Facebook: Personal profiles and business pages
• Instagram: Personal profiles and business accounts
• Twitter/X: Personal profiles
• LinkedIn: Personal profiles and company pages
• TikTok: Creator accounts
• YouTube: Channels
• Pinterest: Boards
• Telegram: Channels and groups

To connect an account, navigate to the "Channels" section in your dashboard, click "Add Account," and select the platform you want to connect. You'll be redirected to authorize the connection securely.

To connect your first social media account:

1. Log in to your dashboard
2. Click on "Channels" in the main navigation menu
3. Click the "Add Account" or "+" button
4. Select the social media platform you want to connect (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
5. You'll be redirected to the platform's authorization page
6. Log in with your social media credentials and grant the necessary permissions
7. You'll be redirected back to our platform, and your account will appear in your Channels list

Note: Make sure you grant all required permissions for the features you want to use (posting, analytics, etc.). If an account shows as "Inactive" or requires re-login, click on it and follow the re-authentication process.

After signing up, follow these steps to get the most out of the platform:

1. Connect Your Social Media Accounts: Go to the Channels section and connect at least one social media account to start publishing
2. Explore the Dashboard: Familiarize yourself with the main dashboard to see your publishing calendar, recent posts, and analytics overview
3. Create Your First Post: Navigate to "Publishing" and create a test post to understand the publishing workflow
4. Set Up Your Team (Optional): If you're working with others, go to "Teams" to add team members and assign roles
5. Explore AI Features: Check out the AI Content Generator to create captions and content ideas
6. Review Your Plan: Visit your Profile settings to see your current subscription plan and available features

If you need help at any step, you can open a support ticket from the Support section or check out our documentation.

To change your password:

1. Click on your profile picture or name in the top-right corner
2. Select "Settings" or "Profile" from the dropdown menu
3. Navigate to the "Security" or "Password" section
4. Enter your current password
5. Enter your new password (minimum 6 characters)
6. Confirm your new password
7. Click "Save Changes" or "Update Password"

If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with a password reset link that expires after a set time period.

You can update your profile information at any time:

1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner
2. Select "Settings" or "Profile"
3. Update any of the following fields:
   • Full name
   • Email address
   • Username
   • Timezone
   • Avatar/profile picture
4. Click "Save Changes" to apply your updates

Important: Changing your email address may require verification. If you change your username, make sure it's unique and meets the requirements (minimum 5 characters, no spaces).

To delete or deactivate your account, please contact our support team through the Support section in your dashboard. Account deletion is a permanent action that cannot be undone.

Before deleting your account, please note:

• All your scheduled posts will be cancelled
• All your connected social media accounts will be disconnected
• Your team memberships will be removed
• All your data, including posts, analytics, and settings, will be permanently deleted
• Any active subscriptions will need to be cancelled separately

If you're experiencing issues, consider reaching out to support first - we may be able to help resolve your concerns without deleting your account.

You can control which email notifications you receive:

1. Go to your Profile or Settings page
2. Look for the "Notifications" or "Email Preferences" section
3. Toggle the notifications you want to enable or disable, such as:
   • Post publishing confirmations
   • Failed post notifications
   • Team member invitations
   • Account connection alerts
   • Weekly or monthly reports
   • Billing and subscription updates
4. Save your preferences

You can also manage in-app notifications from the Notifications section in your dashboard.

Scheduling posts to multiple accounts is one of our core features:

1. Navigate to the "Publishing" section in your dashboard
2. Click "Create Post" or "New Post"
3. Select the social media accounts you want to publish to (you can select multiple accounts from different platforms)
4. Enter your post content (caption, description, etc.)
5. Upload media files (images, videos) if needed - different platforms may have different media requirements
6. Choose your posting option:
   • Post Now: Publishes immediately to all selected accounts
   • Schedule: Set a specific date and time for publishing
   • Schedule Multiple Times: Create multiple scheduled posts at different times
   • Interval Posting: Post to accounts with a delay between each account
7. Review your post and click "Publish" or "Schedule"

Tip: The platform will automatically validate your content for each platform and warn you if any account can't publish due to content restrictions or connection issues.

Our AI Content Generator helps you create engaging social media content quickly:

1. Go to "AI Contents" in your dashboard
2. Enter a prompt describing what you want to create (e.g., "A post about summer vacation tips")
3. Customize your options:
   • Language: Select the language for your content
   • Approximate Words: Set the desired length
   • Tone of Voice: Choose from professional, friendly, casual, etc.
   • Creativity: Adjust the creativity level (0-1 scale)
   • Hashtags: Optionally include hashtags
   • Result Number: Generate 1-10 variations
4. Click "Generate" to create your content
5. Review the generated results and click "Use This Content" or "Save to Caption" to add it to your post

Note: AI content generation uses credits from your plan. You can check your credit usage in the dashboard. Some plans include unlimited AI credits.

AI Templates provide pre-built prompts for common content types:

1. Navigate to "AI Contents" or "AI Templates"
2. Browse the template categories (e.g., Product Promotion, Event Announcement, Blog Post Summary)
3. Click on a template to load it into the prompt field
4. Customize the template with your specific details
5. Adjust the generation options (language, tone, length, etc.)
6. Click "Generate" to create content based on the template

You can also create and save your own custom templates for frequently used content types. Templates help maintain consistency and speed up your content creation workflow.

Campaigns help you organize related posts and track their performance:

1. Go to "Publishing" or "Campaigns" section
2. Click "Create Campaign" or select a campaign when creating a post
3. Give your campaign a name and optional description
4. When creating posts, assign them to your campaign
5. View all posts in a campaign from the Campaigns page
6. Track campaign performance through analytics

Campaigns are useful for organizing content around specific events, product launches, or marketing initiatives. You can filter and view all posts associated with a campaign, making it easier to manage multi-post marketing efforts.

The Bulk Post feature allows you to upload and schedule multiple posts at once:

1. Navigate to "Bulk Post" in your dashboard
2. Prepare a CSV or Excel file with your post data (content, media URLs, scheduled times, etc.)
3. Download the template file if needed to ensure proper formatting
4. Upload your file using the upload interface
5. Map the columns in your file to the post fields (caption, media, schedule time, etc.)
6. Select the social media accounts you want to publish to
7. Review the preview of your posts
8. Click "Import" or "Schedule All" to create the posts

Tip: Bulk posting is ideal for content calendars, seasonal campaigns, or when migrating content from another platform. Make sure your media files are accessible via URLs or uploaded to the platform first.

RSS feed automation automatically creates posts from your blog or website's RSS feed:

1. Go to "RSS Schedules" in your dashboard
2. Click "Add RSS Feed" or "Create Schedule"
3. Enter your RSS feed URL
4. Configure the schedule settings:
   • Select which social media accounts to post to
   • Set posting frequency (daily, weekly, or custom intervals)
   • Choose specific days and times for posting
   • Configure content formatting (how to format titles, descriptions, images)
5. Set up content filters if you only want to post certain items
6. Enable the schedule and save

The system will automatically check your RSS feed at the scheduled intervals and create posts for new items. You can review and edit posts before they're published, or set them to auto-publish.

Analytics help you track your social media performance:

1. Navigate to "Analytics" in your dashboard
2. Select the social media platform you want to analyze (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
3. Choose the specific account or page you want to view
4. Select the date range for your report
5. View key metrics such as:
   • Post engagement (likes, comments, shares)
   • Reach and impressions
   • Follower growth
   • Best performing posts
   • Audience demographics
6. Export reports if needed

Note: Analytics availability depends on the platform and the permissions granted when connecting your account.

We offer multiple subscription plans to suit different needs:

• Free/Starter Plan: Basic features with limited accounts and posts per month
• Professional Plan: More accounts, unlimited posts, advanced scheduling, and AI credits
• Business Plan: Team collaboration, priority support, advanced analytics, and more AI credits
• Enterprise Plan: Custom limits, dedicated support, and advanced features

Each plan includes different features such as:

• Number of connected social media accounts
• Monthly post limits (or unlimited)
• AI content generation credits
• Team member slots
• Analytics access
• Priority support

To view detailed plan information and pricing, visit the "Plans" or "Pricing" page, or check your current plan in your Profile settings. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

To upgrade or change your subscription plan:

1. Go to your Profile settings
2. Click on "Plan" or "Subscription"
3. Review the available plans and their features
4. Click "Upgrade" or "Change Plan" on the plan you want
5. You'll be redirected to the checkout page
6. Select your payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Manual Payment if available)
7. Complete the payment process

Important Notes:

• Upgrading takes effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount
• Downgrading typically takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• If you have an active subscription, you may need to cancel it before switching to a new plan
• Some plans may offer free trials - check the plan details for trial information

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to your Profile settings
2. Navigate to "Plan" or "Subscription"
3. Find your current active subscription
4. Click "Cancel Subscription" or "Manage Subscription"
5. Follow the cancellation prompts
6. Confirm the cancellation

What happens when you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You'll continue to have access to all paid features until the period ends
• No further charges will be made after the current period
• Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan (if available) when the subscription ends

If you're having issues or want to discuss your subscription, please contact support - we may be able to help address your concerns.

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
• PayPal: Both one-time and recurring payments
• Manual Payment: Bank transfer or other methods (if enabled by your administrator)

For recurring subscriptions, you can use:

• Stripe Recurring Payments (automatic monthly/yearly billing)
• PayPal Recurring Payments (automatic billing through PayPal)

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateways. We don't store your full credit card information on our servers. You can update your payment method at any time in your Profile settings under "Billing" or "Payment Methods."

If you need to pay via invoice or have questions about payment methods, please contact our support team.

If a post fails to publish, here are common causes and solutions:

• Account Connection Issues:
  • The social media account may need to be re-authenticated
  • Go to Channels, find the account, and click "Re-login" or "Reconnect"
  • Grant all necessary permissions during re-authentication
• Content Restrictions:
  • Some platforms have content restrictions (prohibited words, image requirements, etc.)
  • Review the error message for specific restrictions
  • Edit your post to comply with platform guidelines
• Media Issues:
  • Image or video files may be too large or in an unsupported format
  • Check file size limits for each platform
  • Ensure media URLs are accessible if using external links
• Rate Limits:
  • You may have exceeded the platform's posting rate limits
  • Wait a few minutes and try again, or schedule the post for later
• Account Type Restrictions:
  • Some features require business accounts or specific account types
  • Verify your account type meets the requirements

Check the post status in your Publishing section for detailed error messages. If the issue persists, contact support with the error details.
